These terms govern purchases from What to Say at Work at whattosay.work.
The seller is Inibus FZE, trading as What to Say at Work, licence number 3815, licensed by the Umm Al Quwain Free Trade Zone Authority.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.
We accept orders from customers in any country where we can lawfully supply the product and our payment provider can accept payment. Prices are in US dollars.
You must provide accurate information about your identity, billing address and country.
We may refuse or cancel an order if:
If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.
Our products are:
The applicable product description, price and included materials are those displayed at checkout when you order.
The hosted searchable sentence library and adaptive artificial-intelligence features are not currently included in any product.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.
The price shown on the product page is the total price you pay. It includes any VAT, GST or sales tax that applies to your order, and no tax is added at checkout. We use your billing address to work out which tax applies, so please give it accurately.
Your bank or payment provider may charge currency-conversion or other fees. Those charges are imposed by the provider and are not part of our price.
Your order is an offer to buy the selected product.
A contract is formed when we accept your payment. Stripe then sends you a receipt by email, and you are taken to a page with your files.
Please check the order details before submitting payment.
If we cannot accept the order, we will notify you and refund any payment taken.
Payments are processed by Stripe.
We do not receive or store your full card details. Stripe's own terms and privacy notice apply to its payment processing.
You authorise us and Stripe to charge the total amount displayed at checkout.
After successful payment, you are taken to a delivery page with a download link for each of your files. Stripe also emails you a link to them straight away, on our behalf, with your invoice.
Delivery occurs when the download links are first made available to you, on the delivery page or by email, whichever comes first.
You are responsible for:
If the delivery page fails to open, or a valid download link does not arrive, contact hello@whattosay.work.
Because the files are delivered as soon as you pay, checkout asks you separately to:
These steps matter if you live in the United Kingdom, or in another country whose law gives consumers a right to cancel a digital purchase.
We will provide confirmation of that acknowledgement in a durable form.
This does not remove any right you may have if the digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to mandatory legal requirements.
If the required consent and acknowledgement are not obtained, we may delay delivery or decline the order.
Reviewed is coming soon, and it cannot be bought yet. This section, section 10 and section 16 apply once it opens.
To use Reviewed, you must send us the requested material in accordance with our instructions.
The service is performed personally by our founder. We do not use artificial intelligence to analyse your submission or prepare the response.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
We may ask you to remove or redact unnecessary information before work starts.
Any stated completion time begins only when payment has cleared, we have received the necessary material, and any reasonable clarification requested from you has been supplied.
We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. The service does not guarantee a particular workplace response or outcome.
Workplace communications may contain information about colleagues, managers, employers or other people.
You must use reasonable care when including another person's information. Wherever possible:
Before submitting potentially sensitive material, you may be required to give a separate, unticked acknowledgement confirming that you understand the nature of the service and have minimised the information supplied.
That acknowledgement does not make an unlawful disclosure lawful and does not transfer responsibility for your source material to us.
When you buy a fixed PDF, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal or internal workplace-preparation purposes.
You may:
You must not:
Private sharing does not give the recipient a separate right to redistribute or publish the file.
We or our licensors own the intellectual-property rights in the website, products, written materials, structure, branding and original content.
Buying a product does not transfer ownership of those rights. You receive only the limited licence stated in these terms.
You retain ownership of material you submit to Reviewed.
You give us a limited permission to receive, read, copy and use that material only as reasonably necessary to:
We do not use your submission to train machine-learning models or prepare another customer's output.
You must not use the website or products:
We may suspend access, refuse service or cancel an order where reasonably necessary to address serious misuse, illegality, fraud or security risk. Any refund will be determined under these terms and applicable law.
Our products provide general self-help and communication-preparation material.

Workplace situations differ. You remain responsible for deciding what to say, what action to take and whether to obtain professional advice.
You should obtain appropriate advice where a situation involves:
In addition to your legal rights, The Process and The Complete Lines come with the Second Conversation guarantee.
Use it on your meeting. If your position did not hold, write to hello@whattosay.work within 60 days of your purchase. We refund the full price, and you keep the files. Your word is enough. This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights and does not replace them.
The 60-day period begins on the date of your purchase.
To ask for the refund, email hello@whattosay.work within the 60-day period and identify the order. Your statement that your position did not hold is enough. We refund the full price to the original payment method.
You keep the files, and your licence under section 11 continues after a refund.
We may refuse repeated, duplicate, fraudulent or abusive claims, including claims involving systematic copying or redistribution.
This guarantee does not limit any mandatory right relating to faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming digital content.
Before substantive work starts. You may request a full refund before we begin substantive work on your submission. Administrative review, identity checks or asking for basic clarification do not by themselves amount to substantive work.
After substantive work starts. Once substantive work has started, we may retain a fair proportion of the price for work properly performed and refund the balance attributable to work not performed.
Non-performance or material defect. If we do not perform the service, or the response has a material defect for which we are responsible, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
Nothing in this section limits a mandatory consumer remedy.
Send refund requests to hello@whattosay.work with:
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method unless another method is required or agreed.
The time taken for funds to appear may depend on Stripe, your bank or your payment provider.
Contact us promptly if:
We may ask for reasonable information needed to investigate and correct the issue.
Your mandatory rights remain unaffected.
We may update the website, correct errors, withdraw a product or change future prices and product descriptions.
A change will not alter the material content of an accepted order without your agreement, except where reasonably necessary to correct a security problem, comply with law, or preserve or improve compatibility without materially reducing the product's functionality.
We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
The website uses third-party providers, including Netlify, Stripe, Network Solutions, Simple Analytics and Mailchimp.
We are responsible for our obligations to you but are not responsible for an independent third-party website or service that you choose to access outside the product.
Third-party terms may apply directly to services such as payment processing.
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for:
Subject to those exceptions, we are not responsible for:
Where legally permitted, our aggregate liability arising from an order will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim, and any minimum amount that applicable law requires.
This limitation does not reduce any non-excludable consumer right or remedy.
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including widespread internet or hosting failure, payment-network failure, natural disaster, governmental action, conflict or major cyber incident.
We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and resume performance. This section does not remove any right to a refund or other remedy that applicable law requires.
You may end the contract where these terms or applicable law give you that right.
We may end or suspend the contract if:
Where the contract ends, the provisions concerning intellectual property, confidentiality, liability, disputes and accrued rights continue to the extent relevant.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information.
By submitting material to Reviewed, you confirm that you have read the relevant privacy information and will not knowingly provide unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
Please send complaints by email to hello@whattosay.work, or in writing to our registered office: Business Center, Al Shmookh Building, UAQ Free Trade Zone, Umm Al Quwain, United Arab Emirates. You may also write to our postal address for correspondence: PO Box 391098, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We will review the complaint and respond within a reasonable period.
Nothing in this process prevents you from using a regulator, court, alternative dispute process or other remedy available under applicable law.
The parties clearly and expressly agree in writing that, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Dubai International Financial Centre Courts have exclusive jurisdiction over a civil or commercial dispute arising from or connected with these terms, an order or a product.
This clause is an express opt-in to the jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
These terms do not select a governing law.
Nothing in this clause deprives a consumer of:
If the exclusive aspect of this clause is unenforceable in a particular case, the remainder of the clause and these terms continue to apply to the extent legally possible.
Entire agreement. These terms, the product description, the checkout information and the Privacy Policy form the agreement relating to your order. They do not exclude a statement or right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Severability. If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be treated as modified to the minimum extent necessary or, if that is not possible, removed. The remaining provisions continue to apply.
No waiver. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it.
Transfer by us. We may transfer the agreement as part of a genuine sale, restructuring or transfer of the relevant business, provided that this does not materially reduce your rights.
Transfer by you. You may not transfer your contractual rights or product licence for commercial purposes without our written agreement. This does not prevent the limited private sharing permitted by section 11.
Third-party rights. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, a person who is not a party to the contract has no right to enforce these terms.
Language. These terms are provided in English. The English version is the operative version except where applicable law requires a local-language version to be provided or to prevail. If you would like these terms or the product information in Arabic, email hello@whattosay.work and we will provide them.
The terms applying to an order are those presented when the order is placed.
We may change these terms for future orders. We will publish the updated version with a new "Last updated" date.
A change will not retrospectively remove an accrued right or mandatory remedy.
