Refunds and the guarantee

Last updated 29 September 2026

Nothing is returned, because nothing is shipped. If the pages did not help in your meeting, the guarantee gives you your money back.

The Second Conversation guarantee

Use it on your meeting. If your position did not hold, write to hello@whattosay.work within 60 days of your purchase. We refund the full price, and you keep the files. Your word is enough. This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights and does not replace them.

The refund. Tell us which order it is and that your position did not hold. You do not need to send anything else. We refund the full price of The Process or The Complete Lines, and you keep the files and your licence to use them.

The 60 days. They run from the day you buy. If your meeting is more than two months away, you may prefer to buy nearer the time.

Reviewed

Reviewed is coming soon. Its refund terms will be set out here before it opens.

Your legal rights

Nothing here removes a right you have by law.

If digital content is faulty, not as described, or does not match what we said about it, you have rights that we cannot exclude, and they apply whatever this page says.

Where the law gives you a cancellation right for digital content, the checkout will ask you separately to consent to immediate access and to acknowledge the effect of that consent on the right. Section 8 of our Terms and Conditions explains this.

How to ask, and how long it takes

Write to hello@whattosay.work. There is no form and no account to cancel.

We reply within two working days. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and reach you in five to ten working days depending on your bank. We do not charge a fee for a refund, and you keep anything you have already downloaded.

Chargebacks

If you do not recognise a charge, look for Inibus FZE. That is the company behind What to Say at Work, and it is the name your bank will show rather than the product name.

Write to us before contacting your bank. We will sort it faster than a dispute can, and a dispute costs us both more than the conversation would have.
